Commemorating Anzac Day
On the eve of Anzac Day, staff and students gathered in house groups to remember those who had died in war. Our VCAL students led the ceremony and Daniel Archer laid a wreath. The next day our boarders attended the dawn service and Kilmore march.

Our annuak Career Expo is coming
The ACK Career Expo is on Friday, May 26 in the Gonz. Year 9 to 12 students will attend the expo during class time. Staff from more than 30 different organisations, including universities, TAFEs, private providers and industries, will be there.
 

Meet our pathways team
Our pathway team consists of Mrs Tonya Frost, Mrs Nikki Gaskett and me. While we each have our own jobs we also work together to support students and their parents and carers to develop suitable pathways while at ACK and beyond.

The Marlhes Restaurant reopens to the public in May
The restaurant will be open from 6pm, on Wednesday, May 3, May 17 and June 21. Bookings, at 15-minute intervals, can be made by clicking here with the last at 7.15pm. Book early as numbers are limited.  Further opportunities to enjoy a meal with us will be advertised later in the year.

Bus Safety
For the safety of students using the Assumption College bus service, seatbelts must, by law, be worn on buses fitted with them.  Parents and guardians are asked to support bus drivers by ensuring your children wear seatbelts.  For any queries regarding the bus service please email Dianne Fitzgerald at bus@assumption.vic.edu.au or phone 5782 1422.

Equestrian action
In our first event of the year, Chloe Cornfoot and Madeleine Manton represented ACK at the Beaconhills College ISJ on Friday, February 17.. 

ACK sport
Over the recent holidays our girls and boys firsts basketball teams participated in the annual Marist Schools Basketball Carnival hosted by Marist College Ashgrove, Brisbane.
