Lights! Camera! Action!

Our VET acting students spent their first excursion at the Athenaeum Theatre in Collins Street.

This informative and exciting industry time was spent with well-known agent Ian White of Centrestage Agency and Ian White Management, who spoke about how to get an agent, current trends and how to ausdition and screen test. Click here to read more

It's never dull in Damian

An important goal in Damian House is to build house spirit and give members a sense of family.

To achieve this, we try to bridge the gap between different age groups, 
and it's important that the year 7s settle in well and feel safe and comfortable. To this end, each year 12 student is given a year 7 student as a buddyClick here to read more.

A Whimsical Winter Christmas

You're invited to a Whimsical Winter Christmas on August 9. It promises to be an evening of fun, laughter and Christmas spirit, featuring a traditional three-course dinner, a complimentary drink and entertainment.

The 61st ACK-SHC Exchange

As we prepare for this annual sporting and cultural event we are looking for families prepared to offer accommodation to one or more of our visitors from 18 to 20 August. Click here to read more.


On any given night in Australia one in 200 men, women and children sleep in the open. 

We invite year 7-12 students to join our campaign to raise awareness of homelessness by sleeping out in the Gonz on Friday, August 25 from 6.30pm until 8am Saturday.  

What to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, warm clothes and a good attitude. Snacks are not permitted.
