Learning Walk

St Patrick's sudents, teachers and parents recently took part in a Learning Walk through classes at Assumption College.

Participants in a Learning Walk wander through a school to discover something of its learning and teaching program. The groups visited various classes including maths, food technology, PE, English, agriculture and visual communication.

Participants discussed what they had seen and heard, and how secondary school might differ from primary school. The aim was for them to talk about what they had experienced to those at St Patrick's.

The Learning Walk was a success, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with the St Patrick's community to ensure a smooth transition to secondary school.

We had an Asian influence with stir fry beef, then I showed them how to make a bacon omelette in a minute, and then extended the process to make a Spanish omelette. Click here to read more.
